As a responsible service provider, we have taken several green initiative that will contain our carbon footprint.
Electricity
We derive our 50% of our electrical energy requirement with an on-grid solar power plant. This power plant generates electricity and excess of which is directly sent to the government grid.
We have installed sensor switches in most areas of the property as well.

Water
Heated water is another aspect that uses a lot of electricity. Here we have installed solar panels that are connected to a paneled and insulated hot water tank.
Here our sensors detect and force hot water through the pipelines on demand.
Afforestation
In our endeavour to reduce our carbon footprints, we have grown trees and other fruit bearing trees in our farm situated in Bhatti-Sanguem Goa
