It is a very amazing place and there is an availability of gym too I enjoyed the 3 days stay in seasons Hotel. With a delicious morning breakfast.
The rooms were good. The service was really poor. The telephone in the room didn't work which I intimated the reception twice but no solution was provided. Also, they don't provide adequate water bottles and charge for any extra bottle that you order. The in house restaurant serves very tasteless food so don't order from it.
We had food at the restaurant , very tasty food and value for money . Polished wood styled place . Nice for the season.
Staff are very humble and polite . Room service is also good . Fresh old design look of the place .
Rooms were good. Clean. Bathroom was excellent too. Approx 10-15 mins walk from Margoa bus stand. Being off season, there were very few guests. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Checkin and checkout was quick and hassle free.However, it was surprising that they provided only 500ml drinking water / day in the room. It's Goa and it's definitely hot and humid. Anything extra was chargeable. Had to keep calling room service for a stirrer every time I had tea / coffee.
Receptionists do not bother to take care of the guests.Rooms need to be checked before guests arrive.Linen was not changed, the quilt was all stained, towels have become brown.TV was not working for all 3 days of our stay.The coffee shop becomes too hot with no AC, and they keep the door closed.Staff requires training, they require proper briefing on a daily basis.
The linen is not clean.AC isn't cool enough, and requires servicing.TV box was not charged with the local cable operator, so the TV was not in function.The staff are not trained.No cleanliness and hygiene maintained. No one checks the room before the customer checks in.Too many staff but no one is aware of what is happening.The most helpful staff was Riyaz in housekeeping.
